F.U.N. Lacquer | Christmas 2016

Olvasd MAGYARUL                                                                                                                                PR sample

No, I still haven't finished with the Winter/Christmas collections :D Today I'm going to show you the upcoming Christmas collection from F.U.N. Lacquer. There are some really interesting finishes here, let's see them, shall we!

SNOW IN THE RAINBOW NIGHT
It's a clear base with billions of black holo glitters and lesser amount of silver metallic flakes. The overall look is more like a dark grey than a black though.
I used it in 3 thin coats, but you can also sponge it on, or maybe use it in 1 coat over a black creme polish. If you use it on it's own you will need lots of topcoat to make it glossy!

RED-NOSED REINDEER
It's a strongly pink toned red holographic polish with tiny silver holo microglitters, which have a gorgeous lavender spark.
It covers in 2 coats.

CHANDELIER
There's rosegold and copper everywhere lately, right? :D Well, I'm not complaining too much, but I have to be careful because my skintone is not always agreeing with rosegold/copper.
This polish is also a coppery one, although the base is more on the peach side in my opinion. It has silver metallic flakes and silver holo microglitters plus some holo dust. I think it's a little bit on the sheer side. I used 3 coats here, but I might would've needed a 4th one :/

BLUE CHRISTMAS
It's a bright cobalt blue holographic. My camera sadly can't really catch the holo in blue polishes, but believe me, it's there :D
It's a little bit on the jellier side, but 2 coats were enough.

JINGLE BELLS
It's a clear base with tiny square glitters shifting from golden-green to red. You can use it as a topper or on it's own. Here I sponged it on, because I didn't wanted to paint at least 3-4 coats to build it up. If you use it on it's own, you will need at least 2 coats of topcoat to even out the surface.

NORTHERN LIGHTS
It's the same as Jingle Bells, but this one shifts from golden-green to turquoise, teal and blue. You can see it sponged on, and 1 coat over Blue Christmas (last 2 swatches).

I tried to use the two shifty polishes over a black creme base, but surprisingly there's not much of a difference :(

The Christmas 2016 collection will launch tomorrow December 3rd 11PM Singapore time on funlacquer.com and at their stockists.

What do you think about these polishes?
